Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative / Recruiter to support our growing care network. In this role, you will source, vet, and onboard care partners while coordinating closely with healthcare partners, clinics, nurses, and internal care teams. Your primary focus is to understand placement requirements, onboard candidates, address candidate questions, and ensure “Helpers” are fully prepared and confident when matching with patients. This role requires strong empathy, persistence, and the ability to balance candidate advocacy with operational needs while delivering a positive and seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, customer service, care coordination, or a related field (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong candidate engagement and consultative recruitment skills, especially in remote onboarding environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, SMS, and email.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, G-Suite, Zoom is mandatory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dialer systems (e.g., Five9) is a plus.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job listings across designated platforms and locations.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiving and healthcare-related roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and oversee onboarding from initial contact to placement readiness.
  • Ensure all onboarding requirements and documentation are completed prior to endorsements or matches.
  • Maintain an active and qualified pool of candidates to support current and upcoming client needs.
  • Communicate regularly with nurses, clinic partners, and internal teams regarding candidate status and timecard updates.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, app-related concerns, and candidate questions via phone, text, and email.
  • Provide consistent follow-ups to improve engagement and placement success.
  • Accurately document interactions and updates in Salesforce and G-Suite for continuity and transparency.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
