Youll collaborate closely with assigned advisors to manage client requests, answer questions, and provide timely updates related to scheduling, planning, and confirmations. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Spain, LATAM, and Australia
- Prior client-facing or administrative experience preferred but not required
