Position Summary: The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. In addition, the ideal candidate should communicate effectively with team members within the various departments. The receptionist duties will cover the front switchboard in a backup capacity and will cover breaks, lunch hour, afternoons, vacation / sick time, and various other times as needed. Prior Title/Mortgage Services Industry experience preferred.
