Customer Service Representative Parts and Counter Sales
About The Position
D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Buffalo, NY location. Job Responsibilities: Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts Work to establish business relationships with customers Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications Handle and process incoming and outgoing of parts and product Assist with all shipping and receiving of product for the branch. D&W has 50 years of history as an aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and off-road equipment parts, remanufacturing and distribution of diesel engine components, and industrial products. Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
- Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn new things
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position / lift to 70 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
