D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Cleveland, OH location. Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn new things
Must be detailed orientated and have strong organizations skills
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position / life 70 pounds

Responsibilities

Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
Work to establish business relationships with customers
Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
Handle and process incoming and outgoing of parts and product
Assist with all shipping and receiving of product for the branch
