Your Impact We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Intern to join our team full-time. This is a paid, entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, and operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is hiring immediately and will run through Labor Day. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and dealer network while learning the ins and outs of our business. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organized – this could be a great fit. Bonus: This position offers strong growth potential for a motivated intern looking to grow into a long-term role with us.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on sales functions
  • Strong typing and data entry skills; ability to use MS Office products with ease (highly proficient in MS Excel)
  • Professional and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate difficult situations with minimal assistance
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a solution-minded approach

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day customer service tasks including order entry, inbound phone calls, emails, and web chats
  • Assist customers through our online web portal (Kustomer)
  • Process Shopify and dealer orders through our internal ordering system (Microsoft Dynamics D365)
  • Review and check product availability and inventory
  • Become familiar with all Aquapark and Lakefront products
  • Deliver a positive brand experience through knowledgeable, helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate product information and timelines to both end users and Dealer Representatives
  • Support customer claims and work toward timely, effective resolutions
