Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way Answer telephone calls promptly Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use Sell welding and safety products and services to customer Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer Research products needed for customer special applications Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation Keep sales literature current and organized Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Keep accurate cash till and run daily cash reports Answer customer calls and transfer customers if they need service from someone else Stock shelves when needed Communicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needs Issue product sales quotes to customers Load products into customer vehicle Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
