About The Position
Under general supervision, assist callers (patients, professional staff) with service requests and/or issues, including but not limited to clinical results, supply orders, courier pickup requests, specimen collection/processing information. Assist patients in scheduling Laboratory appointments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related Health Care preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
