Job Description The Customer Service Representative II will maintain the knowledge, responsibility and duties of the Customer Service Representative I, as depicted in the Customer Service Representative job description. This is an In Office five (5) days per week position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Serves as a mentor for less experienced CSRs in the department. Takes on additional training duties based on their area of expertise, including but not limited to training on the imaging, indexing and prepping of claim documents, as needed. Distributes and monitors the workload to available CSRs. Handles the transferring of claims information to appropriate policies as requested from the claims department and researches no claim mail to find what actions should be taken and the process to handle. Researches claims on unverified policies to resolution. Handles outbound phone calls, dictating letters and following up with the sender as necessary. This position pays $22.50 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or a GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
