ChristianaCare is hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative for our Dental Practice in Wilmington, DE. You would be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Greeting/assisting patient and visitors in the same manner as receptionist. The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience as well as the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is preferred.
