The Customer Success Coordinator supports the compliance and inspection reporting process by managing customer communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely submission of inspection documentation through required compliance channels.   • Send inspection reports and related compliance documentation to customers accurately and on schedule
  • Upload, organize, and maintain inspection records within third-party compliance portals
  • Communicate with compliance departments and external partners to ensure successful report submission and processing
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, status updates, and routine requests; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and municipal departments to gather required documentation and information
  • Maintain compliance and customer records within Salesforce, including data entry, updates, and record accuracy
  • Perform high-volume data entry and document uploads while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Support continuous improvement of compliance workflows and data management processes
  • Assist with onboarding new customer accounts by creating profiles, entering and validating customer data, and ensuring records are properly set up in Salesforce
  • Process contact change requests and ensure all customer information remains accurate and up to date
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred (office, call center, or client-facing roles)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Backgrounds in healthcare administration, patient accounts, compliance support, or administrative coordination are highly transferable and encouraged
