A typical day will consist of responding to customer questions, taking orders and providing knowledge about our product while delivering exemplary customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Sales & customer service experience – grocery/foodservice/telemarketing preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a heavy inbound call setting work
- Team oriented
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Office and excel experience is preferred
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- You will handle & execute all incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis
- You will provide exceptional customer service while communicating, selling, promoting our products to our customers
- You will work closely with account personnel to ensure that together the customer’s needs are met and assist other departments when needed
- Other customer related duties as assigned or asked of by Manager
