About The Position

Our Customer Service Position is an entry level role with many opportunities for advancement within the company. Orientation and training are provided on the job. All CSR positions are paid hourly at $14.70. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week. The company abides by OR/WA State requirements for sick pay. Scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. All positions are part-time unless otherwise stated, with the opportunity to work into full-time if the store has the hours and the employee completes training, is reliable for shifts, and communicates full-time needs with management. Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Work at least a year and average at least 32 hours per week to be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
