Our Customer Service Position is an entry level role with many opportunities for advancement within the company. Orientation and training are provided on the job. All CSR positions are paid hourly at $14.70. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week. The company abides by OR/WA State requirements for sick pay. Scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. All positions are part-time unless otherwise stated, with the opportunity to work into full-time if the store has the hours and the employee completes training, is reliable for shifts, and communicates full-time needs with management.
