The Customer Service Position is an entry-level role with numerous opportunities for advancement within Domino's. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Employees are paid hourly at a minimum and maximum rate of $14.70. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and average at least 32 hours per week. The company abides by OR State requirements for sick pay. All scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs, with positions being part-time unless otherwise stated. Employees have the opportunity to transition to full-time if store hours accommodate and they complete training, are reliable, and communicate their full-time needs to management.
