Schedule: This is a full‑time position working 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Throughout the day, you serve as the central connection between customers and technicians, answering inbound calls, emails, and messages from both residential and commercial clients. Dispatching HVAC technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance visits keeps operations flowing efficiently, while adjusting and optimizing the schedule ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Communication with the field team allows real‑time updates to be shared quickly when jobs shift or urgent needs arise. Administrative responsibilities such as processing warranties, rebates, and permits round out the role, giving each day variety and a strong sense of accomplishment.
