Regular visits to the OEM s, Dealers, various facilities, and Warranties to build relationships, collect, analyze, and negotiate rejected parts. Review regular quality reports to FGA from Liaisons and ensure Liaisons are getting the proper support for their daily activities. Visit customer to pick up defective products to be returned to FGA for further analysis after receiving notification from the customer if needed. Organize containment activities if Liaison needs assistance. Attend trial builds and provide detailed information, pictures, and any items to help FGA achieve success. Oversee the customer liaisons at various locations and visit each a few times a year and as needed to support customer satisfaction.
