The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in connecting customers, production, and supply chain operations to ensure outstanding service and reliable delivery. You’ll lead a team that manages forecasting, order execution, and customer communication — while driving continuous improvement across the organization. If you enjoy leading people, solving operational challenges, and being the voice of the customer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role gives you real influence and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong understanding of MRP and ERP systems
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Logistics Agent team through coaching and performance management
  • Oversee forecasting and order management processes using ERP systems
  • Partner with Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to meet delivery commitments
  • Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor service levels, workload balance, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with trade and export regulations
  • Support process improvements across the supply chain
