The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Customer Service team engaged in carrying out customer service activities. Your role on the team: Monitors service calls to observe Representatives demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies Conducts Representatives performance appraisals Takes corrective action to adjust customer complaints Answers questions about service Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints Invoicing for three buildings Customer Service for three buildings Other duties as required and assigned
