Job SummaryThe Customer Service Manager - Markets, oversees daily operational performance across 35 autonomous markets and a total of 137 units. This role manages a team of 9 drivers and 1 lead driver, ensuring high‑quality service, timely replenishment, and operational efficiency across all Intuitivo Market locations. Working hand‑in‑hand with other Customer Service Managers (CSMs), this position ensures seamless coordination, strong communication, and consistent market uptime. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, excellent operational judgment, and a background in structured environments such as the military or manufacturing (food and beverage).

Requirements

  • Military experience, or some college coursework, or a completed degree.
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience, with responsibility for at least 5 +direct reports.
  • Experience in manufacturing, especially food or beverage, is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (reporting, logging, basic formulas).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and adapt to fast-paced, chaotic customer demands.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to enforce accountability.
  • Ability to navigate and work in a large, multi level facility with frequent stair use.
