Working hand‑in‑hand with other Customer Service Managers (CSMs), this position ensures seamless coordination, strong communication, and consistent market uptime. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, excellent operational judgment, and a background in structured environments such as the military or manufacturing (food and beverage).
