The Customer Service Lead is responsible for providing every guest with the fastest and most pleasant checkout experience possible through consistent customer service. Perform functions associated with sales related assets including activities to support cashiers (loans, pick-ups, drawer balancing etc.), maintain accountability standards of cashier tills, process customer needs such as stamps and lottery tickets, prepare bank deposits according to policy, process customer orders as needed to ensure customer wait time is kept to a minimum. Perform other duties as assigned by management including but not limited to vendor check in, maintaining supplies needed for front end and management teams’ office.
