About The Position

Being a student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the Cascades Piscataway team as our Customer Fulfillment Intern!

Requirements

  • Must be a current student in Business, Logistics or related field, with an interest in Customer Service in a Manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in MS365 suite of software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 20-40 Hours on a Flexible Schedule Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm
  • Must be a team player committed to maintaining desired service levels
  • Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation; location is not accessible via public transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Fulfillment team.
  • Data entry of customer order information into SAP.
  • Support order activities, gather and relay information and/or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel (Lab, Production, Purchasing, Accounting) as required.
  • Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date.
  • Follow up, as requested, on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time.
