About The Position

The Gainey Agency is a client-focused, remote life insurance agency that provides structured support and flexible work arrangements. We are seeking motivated remote insurance sales to advise clients, support policy transactions, and contribute to business growth through consultative service and sales. Position overview Full-time, commission-based remote role focused on selling life insurance and related financial protection products and delivering high-quality customer service across the policy lifecycle. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound client interactions to assess needs, provide product recommendations, explain policy features and underwriting processes, and support beneficiary and coverage decisions. Prepare quotes, assist clients with applications, collect required documentation, and facilitate submission and issuance processes. Provide post-issuance support including endorsements, renewals, and basic claims coordination, ensuring timely follow-up and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client and policy records in CRM systems and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in ongoing training and coaching, and contribute to meeting individual and team performance goals.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing (licensing support provided)
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, quote/issuance platforms, and remote sales workflows
