Here are Your Responsibilities as a CSR/Dispatcher at Mr. Electric As a CSR/Dispatcher, you are a key member of our team. You'll be the first point of contact that customers have with us, and shape the customer's perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer's needs.
• You will assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules, and handle dispatching tasks efficiently.
• You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service calls, adjusting schedules as needed to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• You will follow up with customers to determine if they wish to proceed with any unsold work and address all their needs and concerns.
