Position Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides vital support to the Facilities Department by responding to maintenance and fuel service repair requests. The CSR is responsible for opening and closing service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up, and supporting various departmental projects and reporting initiatives to improve overall efficiency. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.
  • Able to resolve routine issues involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, phone use, and reading documents.
  • Regular verbal and written communication required
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a rotational basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dispatching experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and log requests for maintenance and fuel service repairs.
  • Open, monitor, and close service tickets for facilities technicians.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on service requests.
  • Assist with departmental projects and reporting tasks to enhance operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal staff and external partners.
