About The Position

We are a trusted Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) service contractor seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time position where you'll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and office staff.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service or dispatching experience (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industry a plus).
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Flexibility and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls, gather details for service requests, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch technicians for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC service appointments.
  • Maintain accurate call data, job information, and reports in Service Titan (experience helpful, but training provided).
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and customer credit card payments.
  • Assist with proposals, memberships, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
  • Support construction administration, permit processing, and other office functions when needed.
  • Follow up with customers on estimates, invoices, and service satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
