About The Position

Firestone Airide specializes in air spring manufacturing and technology, with over 80 years of research and development dedicated to advanced air springs for the global market. They engineer air springs and related products for commercial trucks, trailers, cars, SUVs, light trucks, minivans, motor homes, buses, agricultural equipment, rail, and industrial applications. Bridgestone Americas, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation (the world’s largest tire and rubber company), develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone, and associate brand tires for various customers, including consumers, automotive and commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturers, and those in the agricultural, forestry, and mining industries. The companies also conduct retreading operations across the Western Hemisphere and produce air springs, roofing materials, and industrial fibers and textiles. The Customer Service role involves providing post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support to business and/or end-consumer customers across multiple sub-families. This includes remote customer service via phone, online chat, or text, typically in a call center setting for a high volume of low complexity inquiries. It also encompasses Distribution Center Customer Service, where the incumbent acts as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments regarding specific customer orders, and provides technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service facility. Incumbents in this specialization are not compensated based on the achievement of sales targets. Candidates must already be located in or around the Nashville, TN area.
