Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls, and tracking parts for our standby generator division. Requirements

  • Related experience in an industrial environment preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual - English, Spanish preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • take incoming service calls from residential, commercial, and industrial customers then process, record, and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers' inquiries
  • assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders
  • Track, review, invoice, and bill service orders as needed
  • enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, document all correspondence in CRM
