About The Position

This position will lead all customer service and logistics efforts, from procurement of logistics and warehouse services to delivery of products, while ensuring seamless coordination, timely and accurate order fulfillment, transparent communication about order status, and efficient resolution of customer issues, all aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. The Director of CS&IL will have exceptional negotiating skills and be a supply chain and logistics expert who specializes in leading high-performing, cost-effective networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 10 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management.
  • Able to work cohesively with multiple departments and teams
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools.
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
  • Consumer products experience.
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems.
  • Dedicated to building high-performing teams while also supporting employees’ career growth in individual ways.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and implementation of all customer service and logistic strategies in support of Company objectives.
  • Leads and drives customer service metrics for on-time and complete deliveries, transit time reduction, and minimization of OS&D claims.
  • Leads continuous improvement identification and execution for department, and develops and maintains metrics for inventory, working capital, and variances to spend targets.
  • Maintains and optimizes total delivered cost models inclusive of inbound freight, warehousing, transfer freight, and freight to customers.
  • Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and Recall/Withdraw team.
  • Comply with all Plant, State, and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
  • Comply with GMP’s in the co-manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
  • Supports diverse hiring and related initiatives to meet company goals.
