  • 1 year in logistics and or customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipping documentation (including bills of lading) for domestic and international shipments.
  • Update order and shipment records in spreadsheets and systems.
  • Issue invoices for shipped products in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with carriers and plant management to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
  • Verify shipment accuracy against load sheets and address any discrepancies.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide solutions using knowledge of company products and services.
  • Review carrier invoices and communicate any discrepancies.
  • Perform general office duties and support related administrative tasks as needed.
