About The Position

We're looking for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator for our electronic forms team, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm for around 12 months. This role focuses on an XML project and banking systems and forms, working collaboratively with a team and communicating with clients. This role is hybrid in our Rocky Hill office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Adaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with clients and customers
  • Familiarity with banking systems, terminology and processes

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year or more experience in the banking industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing to ensure functionality for client
  • Communicate with the client to keep them updated on project timelines and programming hours worked
  • Manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests
  • Other projects and initiatives as agreed upon
