We're looking for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator for our electronic forms team, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm for approximately 6 months. This role focuses on working collaboratively with a team to support the day to day activities within the forms team, including form validation, tracking changes, and working closely with our team of software developers. This role is hybrid in our Rocky Hill or Southington office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; 1 year or more experience in the banking industry preferred
  • Adaptable, collaborative work style with appreciation for a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with clients and customers
  • Familiarity with banking systems, terminology and processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing to ensure functionality for client
  • Communicate changes and updates to software engineering teams, working collaboratively across business units
  • Manage multiple cases within SLAs and work with programming as necessary to convey customer requests.
