This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in Korean and English (required)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Support the sales team with customer needs and order processing
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct outreach to inactive and prospective customers to generate orders
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction
  • Assist in building long-term customer relationships
