About The Position

Customer Service Back Office representative is responsible for supporting sales operations withing a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  In this role, you will ensure accurate order processing, provide exception customer support and coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep orders moving efficiently through the manufacturing workflow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or back-office operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with retail customer portals a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate customer purchase order (BOM, specs, master data)
  • Enter orders with accuracy and attention to manufacturing requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments proactively and manage delivery expectations.
  • Maintain customer platforms and retail portals, including item set up and data updates.
  • Coordinate sample distribution and respond to customer operation requests.
  • Act as a key operation contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Key retail accounts (Walmart) and/or additional customer accounts depending on assignment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
