About The Position

At SLC Trade, were looking for a dynamic, analytical, and service-oriented professional to support our commercial team in the cell phone category. This role is essential for ensuring efficient inventory control, billing, sales tracking, and logistics coordination.

Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Miami regulations related to billing and imports.

Responsibilities

  • Support Key Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Manage billing, dispatch, and inventory transit processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports.
  • Coordinate product shipments based on demand and planning.
  • Monitor products at risk of obsolescence.
  • Track accounts receivable and provide visibility to leadership.
