About The Position

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed d You assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs You offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns You finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts You inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
  • You are willing to wear a company uniform
