About The Position

Vocalink Connections partners with recognized brands to deliver high -quality customer service solutions through a network of independent contractors. Our mission is to create flexible remote opportunities that empower motivated individuals to earn income, develop professional skills, and maintain a healthy work -life balance. We are looking for professional and service -driven Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support for our partner client accounts. Contractors will engage with customers via phone, chat, and/or email, depending on program requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work
  • Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)
  • High -speed internet connection (wired recommended)
  • Headset
  • Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
  • Windows 11
