About The Position

Vocalink Connections works alongside recognized brands to provide reliable, high -quality customer service support through independent contractors. Our goal is to offer flexible remote opportunities that empower individuals to earn income, grow professionally, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. We are currently seeking reliable and customer -oriented Independent Contractors to deliver inbound customer support services for our partner client programs. Support channels may include phone, chat, and/or email, based on the selected client opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customers
• Quiet, distraction -free home workspace
• Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)
• High -speed internet connection (wired recommended)
• Headset
• Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
• Windows 11
