Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, chat, or email (depending on client program)
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all communications
• Follow client -specific procedures and service guidelines
• Document customer interactions as required
• Protect sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Complete required certification and onboarding
