Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights
• Other duties as assigned
