About The Position

Join H.B. Fuller as a Customer Service Agent, where you will manage customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely order processing. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service through proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Associate degree or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, and confirmation.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and shipping details in orders.
• Monitor and follow up on domestic orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Resolve disputes promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Communicate proactively with customers to meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with Credit, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales for on-time delivery.
• Handle assigned projects independently alongside daily tasks.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
