About The Position

This is a fully in-person role focused on delivering 5-star customer service through inbound calls and accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers, webcams, and minor troubleshooting
  • Typing speed 30+ WPM
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn
  • Relocation required (must be able to relocate before starting)

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or call center experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and deliver 5-star service
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and concerns
  • Provide clear solutions and support test scheduling
  • Document all interactions in a call center database/CRM
  • Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot minor tech issues
