What's your day like? As a Full-Time Customer Service Advocate at Prov Inc, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive 5-star service with every interaction. Your day will be filled with answering calls, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Collaboration with your team members will be key, as you work together to schedule tests and streamline processes. You'll also take pride in meticulously keeping records of all interactions in our call center database, ensuring accurate documentation and communication. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm MT What you need to be successful To thrive as a Full-Time Customer Service Advocate at Prov Inc, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience. A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is the foundation, complemented by previous experience in a customer support role that equips you with practical knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital to effectively engage with customers and convey information clearly. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial in navigating a dynamic work environment, enabling you to respond to varied customer needs. Additionally, a typing speed of at least 30 WPM will facilitate efficient documentation and data entry in our call center database. These skills will help you excel in delivering outstanding service while fostering a collaborative atmosphere with your team.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Typing minimum of 30 WPM
  • Comfortable using webcams and related software
  • Proficient with computers and able to resolve minor tech issues
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Candidates must be able to relocate to Sandy, UT 84070 prior to starting.
