Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers, webcams, and basic troubleshooting tools
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and test scheduling
  • Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions
  • Document all interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting as needed
