About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, Inc. - Construction & Forestry Division is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Fremont, CA. This role is described as a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential. The primary focus is selling heavy equipment parts and service to customers to ensure their equipment is running in peak form. The Customer Service Advisor acts as the liaison between Pape’s Parts and Service Departments and their customers, taking care of them after equipment purchase. Requirements

  • Self-motivation and the desire to win
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form strong relationships with customers
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans
  • Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment parts and service
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Sell heavy equipment parts and service to customers to ensure their equipment is running in peak form
  • Act as the liaison between Pape’s Parts and Service Departments and customers
  • Engage in relationship-based selling with customers
  • Determine customers’ needs
  • Recommend solutions to customers
  • Provide services to customers
