About The Position

NED, LLC. is a large heavy equipment dealership with over 30 years of industry experience in equipment sales, rentals, and customer support. The company has grown through multiple acquisitions and is now unified under the name NED – National Equipment Dealers. The Heavy Equipment Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the parts department, including personnel, sales, paperwork, and required documents, and working with the team to grow the parts business to meet or exceed company goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior Heavy Equipment Parts OR related automotive parts experience is preferred
• Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and able to keep a good attitude under pressure
• Must be a good communicator and be proficient in using a computer
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must know how to operate a forklift
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience or knowledge of the construction equipment industry is a plus

• Manage Parts Department – personnel, sales, paperwork, and required documents
• Work with the team to grow parts business to meet or exceed company goals
• Answering phones
• Processing parts orders
• Picking and packing parts for shipment
• Receiving parts
• Maintaining inventory
