As an Equipment Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. You’ll focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct selling experience to municipalities
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily
  • Must reside in close proximity to the assigned territory -  Grand Rapids, Michigan

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
  • Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
