About The Position

Rhodeway Financial is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support daily customer interactions and administrative operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers, managing service requests, maintaining records, and ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of office software and customer support systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in financial services, lending, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or internal support systems
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation
