About the role Responsible for servicing customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests; requires knowledge of company products, the ability to interpret policy provisions, and knowledge of administrative procedures; provides back-up support to call center, as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 – 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements.
  • Apply knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and policy provisions in order to research and resolve customer requests and inquiries.
  • Enter semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision.
  • May provide back up support to Call Center.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to reach resolution
