The B2B Marketing organization is evolving to provide the Voice of the Customer and competitive intelligence within the Lands’ End Business Outfitters organization, partnering with Sales, Product and Digital Merchandising, to inform strategic decisions. As Customer Research & Insights Analyst , you will deepen customer understanding, monitor competitors, and deliver actionable insights that drive best-in-class experiences and business growth. This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal guidance, lead research initiatives end-to-end, and influence decision-making across the organization. The analyst will proactively identify insights opportunities, manage priorities, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
