About The Position

State Nebraska Bank & Trust is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail - oriented Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to join our team at the Main Branch. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous service and creating a positive first impression of the bank. This role is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts, answering questions about bank products and services, and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. The CRR reports to the Compliance/Deposit Officer. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers , a high level of accuracy, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential in this role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with prior customer service experience. Previous banking experience is helpful but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Candidates must be willing to reside or relocate within 15 miles of Wayne, Nebraska. Standard work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00am-12:00pm every third Saturday. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required.
